How do I change my account's password?
To change your account's password used to upload files, modify its settings, etc... please
follow these steps:
1. login to your control-panel
2. click on Admin Tools in the left menubar
3. click on Change Password link
4. enter your new password
5. finally, click on Change Password button

How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, please send an email to billing@acceleratedweb.com
including your customer number and or account number and your account's password for verification purpose. You must
do so at least 3 business days prior your new billing cycle. We do not refund for unused service.
