I've published (uploaded) my site to your server but I still see page which says:
"The owner of this domain is still moving in. Come again later." Hosted By AcceleratedWeb.com

What you are seeing is a default home page named index.html which we created when we setup your account.
You should either remove it or replace it with your contents.

I can not access my website

Make sure your domain name is registered and our name servers are authoritative for that
domain name by going to http://acceleratedweb.com and looking up your domain name in the lookup
section. When you click on "Lookup" button you'll be taken to a page which should say the domain
is already taken; (if it says it's available then you either didn't registered it or your registrar has not
updated its database yet ) then click next to "see owner of this domain",
a new window will pop up. Search for

Domain servers in listed order:

NS1.ACCELERATEDWEB.NET 64.247.41.3
NS2.ACCELERATEDWEB.NET 216.118.100.3
NS3.ACCELERATEDWEB.NET 216.118.101.3

If you do not find it then you should contact your registrar and change
name servers to
NS1.ACCELERATEDWEB.NET 64.247.41.3
NS2.ACCELERATEDWEB.NET 216.118.100.3
NS3.ACCELERATEDWEB.NET 216.118.101.3

If you do find it and it has been 72 hours since your registered the domain name in question
then contact Support and we will look into it.

I've published my site to your server but when I access it through the web browser some files don't come up.

The most probable cause for this is a case sensitivity problem. We are running FreeBSD which is a UNIX system and it's case sensitive. In other words if you name your file somepic.gif on the disk, when linking to it say <img src=somepic.gif not <img src=somepic.GIF ( note difference in the case ). If you do refer to it as somepic.GIF then the web server will not be able to find it and you'll get a broken image.

I can't browse my website using IP address

We do assign an unique IP address to each account, however in order to prevent several potential problems our system was configured not to allow access by IP. We will provide you with a temporal URL so you can start working on your website right away.

Why some of our website's visitors are not able to see any images?

This is most likely due to anti-hotlinking protection. The way anti-hotlinking protection works is by checking the page referrer included with each request by the client's browser. If this page referrer is missing or does not match your website's domain name, the images will not be sent back to the client's browser. This is usually the case when people run some sort of firewall or privacy software which filters out the page referrers.
