Do you support Microsoft FrontPage?
We fully support FrontPage 97 through 2002. Although you can use FrontPage
to upload/create pages for your website, we encourage our clients to use FTP instead.
It's faster and less likely to cause problems.

Can someone who is sharing a server with me access my files directly?
No. We worked very hard on creating the most secure web hosting environment possible. Therefore,
unlike with many other providers where clients can read each other files, on
our system you and only you have access to your data files.

How fast/reliable is your network?
Our servers are connected to the Internet's backbone via redundant multiple T3/OC3 line which deliver over 600Mbps of pure bandwidth. Should one of these backbones go down for whatever reason, one of the others will take over within seconds; thus, there is virtually no downtime when it comes to our network.

Do you resell for some web-hosting company?
No, we run our own operations: have our own servers, admin them, etc...

Can I use your servers to send out thousands of email messages (SPAM)?
NO! Absolutely NOT! We are very strict about spam! Sending unsolicited e-mail (spamming) is forbidden on all of our servers. We can detect those who are using our mail system/server to spam people very easily, as we monitor for such activities 24/7. If you are found engaged in such activities, your account will be terminated immediately.

Can I password protect my directories?
You sure can! You can password protect your directories via control panel by going to http://yourdomain.com/control-panel/ or read all about .htaccess if you want to do it manually.
